Another great X-MEN trailer!
(And this time it isn’t Pete Holmes firing an ‘Ex-Men’.)

Unfortunately, trailers for all the X-MEN movies have looked amazballs, but only X-MEN: FIRST CLASS has delivered. Which is odd, because Wolverine is the best of the X-Men, and he is literally in FIRST CLASS for a single line.
THE WOLVERINE was okay, but it still doesn’t hold a candle to FIRST CLASS.
Perhaps, combining the best X-Men cast, that of FIRST CLASS, with some extreme Wolverine action will be the perfect cocktail.

Thank you, THOR: THE DARK WORLD, for giving us two new Marvel trailers in the last month!
First CAPTAIN AMERICA: WINTER SOLDIER blew my metaphorical pants off, now the X-MEN have arrived, so where is Spidey? Shouldn’t that Marvel movie (from Sony, actually… but DAYS OF FUTURE PAST is from Fox as well, not Disney Marvel like Capt.) make an appearance before Thor’s second adventure?
Below is the ‘Electro Teaser’ from Comic-Con, but that’s hardly a full trailer for THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2, arriving next summer like X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST.

But, I digress. DAYS OF FUTURE PAST appears to combine the best of both worlds, not just Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) and young Xavier (James McAvoy), young Magneto (Michael Fassbender), and young Mystique (super hottie and superstar Jennifer Lawrence), but also the classics, Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen return to their roles as the older Professor X and Magneto, respectively. We even got a wee bit of Storm (Halle Berry), Rogue (Anna Paquin) and Kitty Pryde aka Shadowcat (Ellen Page).
Wolverine must travel back in time, into his older self, assisted by old man Charles Xavier’s mind powers! (A task only Wolverine can pull off, because he ages so slowly he isn’t thrown back into a child’s body or what-not.) He is sent back in time, to find young Magneto, so that the two of them can convince a young, troubled Xavier to not give up the hope.
Because if he does, apparently the X-Men and all other Mutants lose the war.

Sentinels are a big part of this X-MEN film (Finally! That training sequence in the 2nd worst X-MEN film, THE LAST STAND, hardly suffices the sentinel quotient)!
Emmy winner Peter Dinklage (GAME OF THRONES) plays Bolivar Trask, head of Trask Industries. CLICK HERE to check out the companies official website! He is seen in the trailer, albeit super briefly.
His is the company that builds Sentinels, giant robots that lock on the X-gene mutation and destroy mutants. All so that humans can have their piece of mind.
There is really no mention or any great shots of the long-delayed Sentinels, so I look forward to a second trailer that shows their involvement. Obviously, they are responsible for the near extinction of all mutants, but we have yet to see one in action. And I want to so badly!
